The fiber "Resident of Chelyabinsk" of production of the Volvek Plus company (patents No. 2212314 and No. 2367749 of the Russian Federation), is made by milling of rolled steel on TU 1231-001-70832021-2010, represents the steel strip of the irregular trapezoidal shape in section having on the ends anchors in the form of the circle segments radiusno interfaced to direct sites of a strip. with closed, most carried from the middle to edges, anchors on the ends, a rectilinear interanchor part and with rough side surfaces
